129 FAMILIES PURCHASED HOUSING UNDER THE SFYH PROGRAM IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2023
In the first quarter of 2023, 129 Ukrainian families were provided with their own housing as part of the housing programs administered by the SFYH.
The total amount of loans disbursed exceeded UAH 202.5 million.
Mortgage lending in January-March was carried out under the following programs:
- concessional mortgage loans to internally displaced persons at the expense of a grant provided by the KfW (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 451 dated 28.04.2021): 68 families were provided with housing;
- soft youth lending at the expense of the authorized capital of SFYH (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 488 dated 11.05.2011): 60 families provided with housing;
- local housing programs (approved by local governments): 1 family was provided with housing.
Among the regions, the leader in terms of lending is the Mortgage Center of the SFYH in Kyiv and Kyiv region, which has concluded 50 mortgage agreements with families under all programs implemented by the SFYH.
The Dnipropetrovs'k regional office of the SFYH concluded 12 agreements in the first three months of 2023. Nine agreements were concluded in Odesa region, and eight in Poltava region.
Six agreements with families were concluded in Volyn and Khmelnytskyi regions, 5 in Lviv, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions, and 4 in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Kirovohrad regions.
It should be noted that most regions of our country participate in the housing programs of the SFYH, including those where military operations are not ongoing.
