540 FAMILIES PROVIDED WITH HOUSING DURING A YEAR OF WAR

During the turbulent year of 2022, with the enforcement of martial law by the decree of the President of Ukraine, for ten months of the ongoing war, the SFYH provided 540 Ukrainian families with housing under all its programs.

Even at the New Year's tree, the regional offices of the SFYH received good news about the conclusion of contracts for purchasing housing under the programs administered thereof.

Thanks to the cooperation of the Odesa regional office of the SFYH and the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the family of a serviceman, A. Schavynskyi, received a soft mortgage loan and purchased their own housing.

The SFYH’s main office and the regional administration congratulate the Schavynskyi family. Furthermore, we are grateful to Maksym Marchenko, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, for the tangible results of our cooperation.

On New Year's Eve, Maksym Horobets became the housing owner in Volyn. Mr. Horobets won one of the random draws under the program of soft mortgage lending to IDPs at the expense of grant funds provided by the German Government through the KfW bank.

Ruslan Sasin, a refugee from Donetsk, became the owner of an apartment in Lutsk. Before 2023, Mr. Sasin registered the ownership of an apartment purchased with the funds of a soft long-term state loan following the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 27 November 2019, No. 980.

Thanks to co-financing from the city of Kovel and the budget of the Volyn region, a soft loan was received by Nataliia Semeniuk.

Ms. Semeniuk received a loan in accordance with the terms of the local target program "Housing for Youth in 2022", approved by the Kovel City Council on 23.12.2021.

Also, in Volyn, a soft long-term state loan for the purchase of housing was received by ATO participant Volodymyr Shpyky.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russia on the territory of Ukraine, Volodymyr has been defending our country from the invaders. On his behalf, a mortgage on a house in Kovel was issued.
