DISCUSSION ABOUT HOUSING PROGRAMS AT THE REAL ESTATE FORUM

On May 21, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction Ivan Parukh participated in the Forum "Urban and Suburban Real Estate-2021".

In his speech, Ivan Parukh talked about the mechanisms of national support of citizens in the purchase of housing.  In addition to the presentation of the State Fund's program conditions (State Fund implements 4 national and 120 local housing programs) special emphasis was placed on a new project - provision of soft mortgage loans to internally displaced persons through a grant provided by the Reconstruction Credit Institute (KfW).

Conditions of this program are approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 04/28/2021 №451. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories and the State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction, and is funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW.
