KHARKIV: NEW HOUSING LOANS ISSUED FOR YOUNG FAMILIES AND ATO PARTICIPANTS
The Kharkiv Regional Office of the State Fund works closely with the Kharkiv City Territorial Community. Thanks to funding from the community budget, in June alone, 6 families in Kharkiv received preferential housing loans on favorable terms.
The total amount of financing in June amounted to UAH 8 million under two programs: loans to young families and single citizens and housing loans to combatants who participated in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO).
In particular, the Kapinus couple took advantage of a preferential loan for young families to purchase housing at the expense of the budget of the Kharkiv city territorial community. The family had been waiting for such a favorable loan for some time, but objective circumstances were such that nothing is impossible in life.
...Yurii and Mariia were born in Kharkiv. They grew up, studied in their hometown, and started a family and business here. The young family did not have their own home and lived in a rented apartment. Their daughter Maya was born here. Everything seemed to be going well in their hometown, and the young people were planning their lives for many years, understanding where their daughter would go to school, etc.
But everything changed on February 24, 2022. The Kapinus family was forced to leave their small homeland for a safer place, Uzhhorod. There, they did not lose their way, but started their own confectionery business. They quickly gained credibility and respect for the quality of their confectionery products. Their pastries bring pleasure and good mood to the locals.
And an important touch to the family's portrait: Yuriy and Maria are musicians. They have their own band, with which they travel abroad and give concerts. They transfer the fees they receive to the Ukrainian Armed Forces or buy military equipment for the Ukrainian military in Europe.
But despite their many occupations, the young couple dreams of returning to their native Kharkiv, to their cozy home, which they bought with the help of the city's loan program.
The story of a family that purchased housing under the Program for Combatants is equally interesting. Yuriy and Kateryna got married in 2010. The husband is a military man with over 20 years of service in the army. To be closer to him, his wife decided to start a military career as well. The couple is raising a charming and talented girl who was born in 2012.
The fate of the military is constant travel, but the young people did not lose hope, dreaming of their own home, their family nest. In 2018, Yurii was transferred to a permanent place of service in Kharkiv. It was then that the young people visited the State Fund branch and, after receiving a consultation, decided to become candidates for the program and wait for their turn to receive a loan for ATO participants. A few years later, the family became the owners of a two-room apartment in a coveted area of Kharkiv.
Other families of the candidates also became owners of spacious apartments in the city.
The applicants and their families express their gratitude to the Kharkiv City Territorial Community and the Kharkiv Regional Department of the State Fund for the assistance that made it possible to make their dream of housing a reality.
We sincerely congratulate the loan recipients and wish them peace and comfort in their homes!
