THE FUND AND INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS WORK ABOUT CUSTOMER'S E-CABINET CREATION

On September 13, in frames of development of the Fund's client’s e-cabinet, there was held a working meeting of the Fund’s specialists headed by Serhii Komnatnyi, Chairman of the Fund’s Board, with the experts of UNHCR Representation in Ukraine (UNHCR).

UNHCR has analyzed the effectiveness of the individual Fund’s housing programs. The results of the analysis gave grounds to consider that the Fund is the institution that has tools capable to significantly shorten the way of Ukrainians to posess their own homes.

International partners are addressing the questions of technical assistance to the Fund in optimizing engagement of citizens to the housing programs. It will allow to continue the digitalization of the Fund.

It should be mentioned that two years ago the Fund created electronic registers of state housing programs participants being operating now, and opened possibility for the citizens of online registration for participation in the programs.

After e-cabinet creation contacts of the consumer of services with the official will be minimized. The exchange of all information between the client and the Fund regional

Serhii Komnatnyi mentioned that the Fund is first of all a service for the citizens, the task of which is to enable citizens to solve their housing issue. And success in this area depends on changing the philosophy of the state's approaches to the implementation of housing policy.
