TO THE ATTENTION OF INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS

TO THE ATTENTION OF INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS,

who are registered as candidates for a loan under the project "Housing for Internally Displaced Persons".

In accordance with the terms of the Procedure for soft mortgage lending to internally displaced persons financed from a grant provided by the German state-owned development bank KfW, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 28, 2021 № 451 (hereinafter - the Procedure), 

JULY 21, 2021 AT 2:00 p.m. STATE FUND FOR SUPPORT OF YOUTH HOUSING CONSTRACTION WILL DETERMINE THE WINNERS FROM THE NUMBER OF CANDIDATES BY THE MEANS OF THE RANDOM SELECTION with help of the random number generator while using software (RandomPicker.com service) proposed by an International Consultant (IPC GmbH) and approved by KfW and which complies with the requirements of personal data protection legislation.

In order to ensure comprehensive control over the random selection of winners from among the registered candidates, the random selection procedure will be carried out with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, International Consultant and State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction.

The broadcast of the random selection will be available in real time on the YouTube channel of State Fund at the link:https://youtu.be/dYaskjp12Gk.

It is planned to select 150 winners from among the registered candidates for the amount of funds of the first tranche, which equals to EUR 5 million.

 Based on the results of the random selection, the regional offices will inform the winners of the need to submit the documents specified in the Procedure no later than the next working day.

 In addition, the list of winners of the random selection will be published on the official website of the State Fund and its respective regional offices.

 Attention!

The formation of the register is paused for the time during which the random selection of winners from among the registered candidates is carried out. Reception of applications from candidates for inclusion in the Register will be restored from the next day - from 22.07.2021.
